6th BICC 2023

The 6th BELTEI International Collaboration Conference 2023 (The 6th BICC 2023) under the theme of “The Scholarship Opportunities and Preparation for Overseas Study Life.”, with the high presidency of His Excellency Dr. LY Chheng, Member of the National Assembly for Phnom Penh Capital City, Founder and Director-General of BELTEI Group and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BELTEI International University, as well as the Deputy Director-General of BELTEI Group, Delegates, Management Teams, Staffs, Lecturers, and students of over 5,000 in total, which was held on June 6-8, 2023 at BELTEI International University, Campus 2 (Chom Chao Flyover).
This BICC 2023 has priority objectives and essences as follows:

1. To promote Cambodia’s soft culture, showcase the development of the educational sector and the country’s economy to the world

2. To build a networking platform for all institutions during the conference

3. To foster educational collaboration via exchange of students, faculty members, professors, and staff to enhance institutional reputation in local and international contexts

4. To promote prestigious partner institutions to all potential high school and university students in order to enhance the proportion and encourage Cambodian students to pursue their studies overseas

5. To broaden scholarship opportunities to BELTEI, public school, and university students

6. To align with the government’s educational strategies and contribute to the development of human resources in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

In addition, the 6th BELTEI International Collaboration Conference 2023 will organize Khmer traditional dancing and many fabulous shows to promote the beautiful Khmer culture and amazing civilization of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the world.
