•Both female and male candidates from 15 years old are allowed to attend the Bridging Course regardless any qualifications.
•Candidates are required to take an enrollment test before the admission.

•Candidates must obtain High School Diploma or the equivalent one.
•The BELTEI students attending ESL Program from level 10 are eligible to get admission to the program automatically.
•The candidates who do not pass the enrollment test have to attend the Bridging Course at any level based on English language ability.
•Candidates who have a score of 45 or above in TOEFL iBT test or a score of 5.0 band or above in IELTS test are eligible to get admission to the program automatically.
•Candidates are required to take an enrollment test before admission.

•Second Intake: 1st March

•Candidates must obtain Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent one.
•The Bachelor's Degree students who have graduated from BELTEI less than one year's time are admitted to the program without the enrollment test.
•The candidates who have a score of 78 or above in TOEFL iBT test or score of 6.0 band or above in IELTS test are eligible to get admission to the program automatically.
•Candidates are required to take an enrollment test before admission.

•The University accepts the Transfer Credits from any Universities or Institutes legally accredited by the Royal Government of Cambodia (MoEYS and ACC).
•Candidates must enclose the official transcript with passing grade point average from the previous Universities or Institutes.
•The credit transfer for the first semester must be processed no later than July 20 and the second semester no later than December 20.
•Candidates are required to take an enrollment test before admission.
