4th BICC 2021

The 4th BELTEI International Collaboration Conference 2021 (BICC 2021) under the theme “Preparation for Overseas Study Life during COVID-19 Pandemic Context” which organized by BELTEI International University and registered by 35 partner institutions from 14 countries around the world, which will be held on July 1-2, 2021 via the video conference from BELTEI International University Campus 1 (Tuol Sleng)! It was an international platform for our partners in education around the world which is not only providing and sharing usual information regarding to their institutions but also promoting global education integration.
The purposes of the BICC 2021 are:

1- To promote Cambodia’s soft culture, showcase the development of educational sector and country’s economy to the world

2- To foster educational collaboration with public and private sectors

3- To promote prestigious partner institutions to all potential high school and university students in Cambodia

4- To build a networking platform for all institutions during the conference

5- To enhance the proportion and encourage Cambodian students to study overseas

6- To enhance institution reputation in local and international context

7- To promote scholarship opportunities to BELTEI, public high school and university students

8- To contribute to developing human resources with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport as well as the Royal Government of Cambodia

9- To promote and make it easier for all Cambodian students who can afford to study overseas and BELTEI International Relations can help facilitate the application form quickly.
