2nd BICC 2019
BELTEI International University organized the 2 BELTEI International Collaboration Conference 2019 from April 9th to 13th, 2019,under the theme "Overseas Study Opportunities for Cambodian Students" which was presided over by H.E. Dr. YOK NGOY, the Secretary of State,as the highest representative of H.E. Dr. HANG CHUON NARON, the Minister of Education, Youth, and Sport and H.E. Dr. LY CHENG, Member of Parliament for Phnom Penh Capital and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BELTEI International University. This marvelous conference was participated by 26 institutions from 10 countries across the globe with 3,000 BELTEI students and other participants.
