BICC HISTORY

BELTE International Collaboration Conference, known as BICC, was established on June 20, 2018 by BELTEI International University, under the wise leadership of H.E. Dr. LY Chheng, Member of Parliament for Phnom Penh Capital, Founder and Director-General of BELTEI Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of BELTEI International University. The aim of BICC is to strengthen the international partnerships between BELTEI International University and all university partners abroad who signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in order to contribute to the development of educational quality in Cambodia for international recognition, especially through experience-sharing from partnered universities and educational institutions around the world with the following priority objectives and essences:

1. To promote Cambodia's soft culture, showcase the development of the educational sector and the country's economy to the world

2. To build a networking platform for all institutions during the conference

3. To foster educational collaboration via exchange of students, faculty members, professors, and staff to enhance institutional reputation in local and international contexts

4. To promote prestigious partner institutions to all potential high school and university students in Cambodia

5. To enhance the proportion and encourage Cambodian students to pursue their studies overseas

6. To broaden scholarship opportunities to BELTEI, public high school, and university students

7. To align with the government's educational strategies and contribute to the development of human resources in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
