March 14, 2024, the National Construction Laboratory of Ministry of Land Management Urban Planning and Construction and BELTEI International University prepared Signing Ceremony on memorandum of understanding for purposes including 1-Exchanging program, studies, research, teaching, workshops, and Share experiences between management teams, staffs, lecturers and students 2- Opportunities to train Undergraduate Education to develop construction capabilities, it refers to promote Quality of Education,   3-Exchange information on Construction Industries ,organize  Conferences, Forums or topics related to Cooperation, Employment Opportunities and Volunteers 4- Participate in promoting, law enforcement, Legal letters, new innovation to Professors, Researchers, Civil Servants, students and public 5- Proposals or share the works of experimental research a digital initiative in the construction industry. This memorandum of understanding was presided over to His Excellency Say Samal, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, and His Excellency Ly Navuth, President of BELTEI International University as well as His Excellency, Loak Chomteav, Ladies and Gentlemen, who are management teams, Civil Servants of Ministry of Land Management Urban Planning and Construction, management teams, lecturers, and students of BELTEI International University.

According to His Excellency President’ Report, BELTEI International University has both national and international  programs, five main Degrees– Intensive Course (English and Computer), Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree and Doctoral Degree, There are 12 faculties and 42 majors, and the university has included field Trip, Practical Training in curriculum in every semester and faculties in order for students to obtain both theoretical studies, both practical and to understand new knowledge about the overview, the role of ministries, institutions, both public and private, in response to BELTEI’ slogan "quality, effectiveness, morality, virtue" as well as the opportunity for students to study directly, especially in the faculty Engineering and Architecture , to practice in this National Construction Laboratory.

His Excellency, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, expressed a warm welcome to his advocate, His Excellency, Loak Chomteav, Ladies and Gentlemen who are management teams, Civil Servants, management teams, lecturers, and students of BELTEI International university who was invited to the Signing Ceremony on Memorandum of Understanding between the National Construction Laboratory of Ministry of Land Management Urban Planning and Construction and BELTEI International University and this is why His Excellency, Deputy Prime Minister hope that the Ministry of Land Management Urban Planning and Construction and BELTEI International University will cooperation in accordance of This Memorandum of  Understanding, good relationship with each other in order to involve with governments, to develop  human resources for our nation. His Excellency, Deputy Prime Minister added that this is the partnership between the state and the private sector, which reflects the willingness to contribute and support the development of human resources in the Kingdom of Cambodia in accordance with the Pentagon strategy-Phase I of the Royal Government that lead by Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, decided to identify five key priorities: people, roads, water, electricity and technology.
