On the Morning of Monday, February 26, 2024, BELTEI International University Campus 1 - Toul Sleng Organized a media sharing experience program under the high presidency of HE Neth Pheaktra, Minister of Information and HE Ly Navuth, President of BELTEI International University as well as Excellencies , Lok Chumteavs, Ladies and Gentlemen Management of the Ministry of Information, a total of 871 staff, lecturers and students.

According to the report, HE LY NAVUTH sated that BELTEI International University has two campuses: Campus1 - Tuol Sleng and Campus2 - Chaom Chao flyover, whch are training on national and international language curriculums and there are 5 levels of Academy, including 1 - English Intensive Class and Computer 2 - Associate Degree 3 - Bachelor Degree 4 - Master Degree 5- Doctoral degree of which there are 12 faculties, 42 subjects as well as integrated curriculum such as public speaking competition, debate competition, experience sharing program, writing competition, Field Trip,Video Documentary, Multi-culture program, especially Practical Training (ការចុះហាត់ការ) is a program that Students of all disciplines must do in every semester in order for students to link theory and real practice, learn new knowledge, overview, roles and responsibilities in public and private institutions in the Kingdom of Cambodia, as well as offer opportunities for students to gain experience from this practice in response to the university's motto, " Study Here , Practice Here, Work Everywhere!" . His Excellency President thanked the Minister of Information for his valuable moment to be the guest speaker to share his media experience today.

HE Neth Pheaktra , Minister of Information , praised BELTEI International Unviersity, which is together with the Royal Government in quality human resources develpement in response to current and future labor markets. On that occasion, HE Minister shared his media experience to the participants to be awared that the media sector is the driving force of idea, thoughts and perspectives in the rational analysis and decision-making of the people as the owners of the country as well as a mirror that reflects the reality of society. He added that today’s modern media is gradually replacing traditional media, and people have a preference for the use of modern technology, shifting from traditional access to information to the use of rich and free social media. At the same time, modern media also has many consequences, such as the decline in the number of readers, viewers and listeners of traditional media, which leads to loss of revenue, the quality of information of modern media is still limited to violate the ethics of journalism. The emergence of fake information, especially the evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) technology , which requires laws and regulations to govern. H.E. Minister recalled the efforts of the Royal Government of Cambodia, led by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, former Prime Minister to the present, followed by Samdech Moha Bovar Thepadey Hun Manet, the seventh Prime Minister, has implemented a step-by-step strategy ranging from the Triangle Strategy, the Rectangular Strategy and the Pentagon Strategy, which adds another angle, digital, which is in response with today's times.

Finally, HE Minister offered the students the opportunity to ask for any inquiry and instructed all students to pay attention to study, respect discipline and be good citizens for the society.
