BELTEI International University signed MOU with

Guangxi Teacher Education University from P.R of China

On April 28, 2017, an MOU signing ceremony between BELTEI International University and IDP Education (Cambodia) was held at the conference hall of BELTEI International University, Campus 1 (Tuol Sleng), authorize BELTEI IU the IELTS International Test Venue, which is authorized by Australians and British. It was presided over by the Honorable His Excellency, Ly Chheng, Director-General of BELTEI Group and President of BELTEI International University and Mr. SRENG Mao, Acting Country Director of IDP Education (Cambodia) with 22 management teams.
H.E. LY Chheng, Director-General of BELTEI Group stated that BELTEI Group provides three main services: I. BELTEI Construction, II. BELTEI Tour, III. BELTEI Education
BELTEI International University was authorized the International Test Center (TOEFL iBT) from ETS Organization, which is located in the United States. Now we have got the right and legal permission to operate another International Test Center (IELTS Authorized Test Venue), which is authorized by Britain and Australia, and this test is conducted in accordance with British System. Students can do these tests to apply for scholarships to study, to work, and to live abroad, especially in countries which use English because IELTS and TOEFL tests are the symbols of quality and proficiency for English. These International Test Centers are located at BELTEI International University (Tuol Sleng) # 21, St 360, Sangkat Boeung Kengkang III, Khan Chamcarmon, Phnom Penh.
Subsequently Mr. SRENG Mao, Acting Country Director stated that IELTS Test is recognized by more than 6000 institutions around the world and it has more than 800 centers located in more than 130 countries. He also expressed his delight and excitement on the signing of MOU between BELTEI International University and IDP Education (Cambodia) for a long-term cooperation.
Last but not least, His Excellency, Ly Chheng, and Mr. SRENG Mao signed the MOU and exchanged souvenirs with each other.
