BELTEI IU Welcome a Formal Visit of the Delegation
and Students from Guilin University of Technology
of Guangxi Province, China
In the afternoon of December 20, 2016, BELTEI International University’s management team welcomed a formal visit of the delegation from Guilin University of Technology of Guangxi province, the People’s Republic of China, who led students to take a study tour and to perform dances and songs for BELTEI’s students at BELTEI International University, which was presided over by Mr. LY Navuth, Deputy Director-General of BELTEI Group and the Senior Vice-President of BELTEI IU and Mr. XIE Jiguang, Director of International Relations Office of Guilin University of Technology. So far, BELTEI International University has signed MOUs with 29 prominent universities around the globe which includes: 1. The UK: Regent’s University London, York Saint John University, Cambridge Tutors College, Springboard4Cambodia, IELTS International Test Center. The U.S.A: Shoreline Community College, TOFL International Test Center, Edmonds Community College, and EF Seattle (Evergreen State College). 2. Singapore: East Asia Institute of Management (EASB). 3. China: Youjiang Medical University, Guilin University of Technology, Guilin Medical University, Guangxi University of Foreign Language, Guangxi University of Nationalities, Guangxi Teachers Education University, Guilin Tourism University, and WUHAN University. 4. Korea: International Youth Fellowship (FYI), Sangmyung University, and SUNY KOREA INCHEON. 5. Japan: Hosei University and Fukui University. 6. Malaysia: Kuala Lumpur University, and Taylor University 7. Thailand: Bangkok University, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, RAJAMANGALA University, and ASSUMPTION University which is in MOU ceremony now. BELTEI has also established BELTEI International Relations which its office locates in BELTEI IU’s 4th Floor and serves 5 main services as below: 1. Sending BELTEI’s outstanding and grade A students to pursue their studies overseas through Oknha LY Chheng’s scholarship. 2. Sending all types of Cambodian Students from the whole country who aim at pursuing their studies overseas through their own responsibilities for tuition fees and living expenses. 3. Sending staff and students for overseas Study Tours. 4. Overseas Students exchange programs. 5. Sending students for overseas internship programs. Through Oknha LY Chheng’s scholarship, BELTEI IR has sent 57 scholarship awardees to study overseas, among them 11 students to the UK, 38 students to Singapore, 5 students to China, and 3 others to Thailand and there are also 6 Okhna LY Chheng’s scholarship students studying in BELTEI International University. Furthermore, through service of sending all types of Cambodian students from the whole country who aim at pursuing their studies overseas through their own responsibilities for tuition fees and living expenses, BELTEI IR has sent 6 students to pursue their studies abroad: 4 students to the U.S, 1 student to Singapore, and 1 student to China. Then, Mr. XIE Jiguang, Director of International Relations Office of Guilin University of Technology said that he was delighted that BELTEI had allowed Guilin University of Technology’s students to take study tour and to perform their traditional dances and songs for BELTEI’s students that day. In the meantime, Mr. LY Navuth, Deputy Director-General and the Senior Vice-President of BELTEI International University said that BELTEI International University was honored to warmly welcome the formal visit of the delegation from Guilin University of Technology of Guangxi province, the People’s Republic of China, who led the students to take a study tour and to perform dances and songs for BELTEI’s students. He added that that program was organized in the purpose of exchanging cultures between the two nations and to provide opportunities to students to learn from each other, especially to advance the close partnership and collaboration between the leaders, staff and professors of both universities. Finally, Mr. LY Navuth and Mr. XIE Jiguang exchanged the souvenirs and made memorable photos together. |
