BELTEI International University collaborates

with New Life Foundation Organized a seminar on

"Youth and Leadership"

On March 12&13, 2016 BELTEI International University organized a seminar on “Youth and Leadership” to management team, staff, lecturers, teachers and students of BELTEI International University with the amount of 553 people in total under the presidency of H.E. LY CHHENG, Director- General of BELTEI Group and the President of BELTEI International University, Mr. Jesse McCaul, Country Director of New Life Foundation Organization and the participation of guest speakers, Mr. Jerry & Mrs. Christ McQuay from the United State. According to the report of Mr. Ros Paradise, Vice President and Dean of Faculty of Education, Arts and Humanities, BELTEI Group has 1.745 (779 females) employees and 30.572 (13.805 females) are the current students in total and has 19 locations in Phnom Penh, one among those is BELTEI International University and the other 18 locations as BELTEI International Schools by 15 locations are operating and 3 more locations are under construction. He added, the presentation about leadership by the guest speakers during this two days has really made all the participants gain more understanding as all things can be success or failure depend on leadership because if you are willing to change your thinking, thus you will be able to change your mood, activity, and own life, do not have negative thought because every negative thinking can influence to the way of thinking. On this occasion, H.E LY CHHENG expressed his profound thank to Mr. Jesse McCaul, Country Director of New Life Foundation Organization and two guest speakers who took their time to attend in the seminar and presented on the six main topics as follow: 1. Change Your Thinking and Change Your Life, 2. Focused Thinking and Creative Thinking, 3. Realistic Thinking and Strategic Thinking, 4. Possibility Thinking and Reflective Thinking, 5. Popular Thinking and Shared Thinking, and 6. Unselfish Thinking and Bottom-Line Thinking. He also confirmed that the seminar was organized intensely for sharing knowledge, skill and new experience in order to make sure that all the participants are able to solve various problems. His Excellency strongly believed that after the end of this seminar, all participants will take the knowledge they learned to develop their academic and workplace for further improvement. Finally, His Excellency presented souvenirs to the guest speakers and certificates to all participants.
