H. E LY Chheng Meets with Cambodian Youth Delegates
for SSEAYP 2013
On October 24, 2013 at 3:30 pm in the meeting room at BELTEI International University, 29 members of Cambodian Youth Delegates participating in the 40th Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program 2013 (SSEAYP) were allowed to the courtesy meeting with H.E. LY Chheng, the Director-General of BELTEI Group and the President of BELTEI International University. After Dr. Hav Moniroth, the representative of the Cambodian Youth Delegates, had reported on the activities of the Cambodian Youth Delegates participating in the 40th Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program 2013 (SSEAYP), H.E. LY Chheng, the Director-General of BELTEI Group and the President of BELTEI International University, expressed the favor and attention as well as gave good advices to all the members of the Cambodian Youth Delegates participating the 40th Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program 2013 (SSEAYP). The ship departure to Japan would be on October 27, 2013, and they were going to continue their 51-day journey of SSEAYP until December 22, 2013. H.E. LY Chheng also added that the Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program would bring them to five countries in ASEAN, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippine and Laos; therefore, all the members of the Cambodian Youth Delegates shall adhere to morality and good manners in accordance with our tradition, love and cooperate with one another, stay as a team, and know how to maintain good relations with youths from other countries to promote the politics, economic, and especially, the development of our culture , civilization, tradition, and heritage such as Angkor Wat Temples, Preah Vihear Temples, and many others more. Meanwhile, H.E. also suggested all the members of the Cambodian Youth Delegates absorb the knowledge for self and social development through understanding and exchanging good experiences with youths from other countries during the Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program 2013 (SSEAYP). Finally, H.E. also wished the members of the Cambodian Youth Delegates participating in the 40th Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program 2013 (SSEAYP) good health, safe trip, and success in the program.
