•Major Overview

Hotel Management is very important and gains mush interest amongst students while all sectors are being developed in Cambodia especially hotel and resort sector, which makes the needs of human resources with specialized skills to increase in job markets in the Kingdom of Cambodia in the present. This major is for students who would like to be skillful in management and hotel, restaurant, and resort development, and other hotel services. The studies focus on hotel management, how to run a hotel from highest to lowest level including hospitality, visitor management, hotel operation, booking, and numbers of visitors as well as financing and assets management in order to run the whole hotel smoothly.

•Curriculum

The curriculum is carefully and thoroughly designed in accordance with the international standards meeting the local, regional, and international job market demands by focusing on professional skills in hotel management  through the studies of core subjects  including  Event Organization, Hotel and Resort Development and Management, Hotel Operation, Restaurant Operation, Strategic Planning, Budget Planning, Leading, and Controlling the different types of Promotions. All subjects are conducted in English using newly published course books.

•Learning Outcomes

Upon the completion of the major, graduates will  have ability in managing hotels at national and international level with great high profession and confidence in managing the hotel operation as well as broad knowledge in hotel and hospitality, solving issues, managing visitors, building good relations with visitors, organizing organizational structure, planning strategic plan, implementing the plan, organizing, and competing with competitors,  organizing the program and new technology for hotel and resort, and understanding the visitors' wants and needs in the present as well as providing service in a healthy, safe, and high class manners.
