•Major Overview

General Management is a popular major amongst students in the Kingdom of Cambodia as well as around the world. It is an important subject related to everyday life people on earth covering Self-management, Families management, and Social-management. In addition, it helps equip students with basic management skills dealing with all types of business operation, working operations, and institutions. General Management focuses mainly on organizing management systems, management planning, resource management time, budget facilities, and staff, leadership execution, control and evaluation. This course also looks at strategic planning for management of working operation, process and development of business affairs as well as successful.
This course is the best choice for students who wish to become professional business entrepreneurs, company directors, directors of all types of non-governmental organizations and other institutions of both private and public sectors.

•Curriculum

Curriculum is prepared professionally following the international standards in order to meet the needs of the local, regional and international job markets by focusing strongly on major skills including general management skills containing a number of important subjects; Principles of Management. Psychological Management, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management Time Management, Business Ethics, Entrepreneur-ship, and Leadership. All subjects are conducted in English and all course books are new and very selective.

Accounting is an important subject and it is also helpful to business or institutional management. The course focuses mainly on how to follow up and manag finance through account recording, report writing, budget planning, and account analyzing on asset, credit capital, incomes and expenses within institution depending on the type of business it operates in conformity with accounting laws and theories including taxation laws, and standards of national and international accounting. This course is a good choice for students who wish to become professional accounting managers of business companies, Non-governmental Organizations, and other institutions of both private and public sectors.

The course focuses on finding and meeting the needs of customers, collecting, and analyzing information leading to decision making on running a business that provides service or product. This course also focuses on project developing, method of creating and selecting types of products, strategy on price setting, strategy on choosing business place, and strategy on advertising campaign in order to develop business institution and improve sales effectively. This course is a smart choice for students who wish to become professional marketing managers, Public relation officers, or international relation officers within business companies, non-governmental organizations, and other institutions of both private and public sectors.
