International Certificates to BELTEI Students
At the Head Office at 25, Street 105, Sangkat Beung Prolit, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on February 3, 2010, there was the International Certificate Awarding Ceremony, Password, International Computer Driving License (ICDL), ESL Level 6 and Level 12 Certificate Presided over by Her Majesty Ambassador Andrew Mace, British Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia and His Excellency Ly Chheng, an Advisor to the Council of Ministers, the Director-General of BELTEI Group Co.,Ltd, and Director of BELTEI International Institute and delegation from UK. This ceremony was also attended by BELTEI students’ guardians, the BELTEI management, teachers and staff of BELTEI International Institute.
BELTEI has obtained an authorization and licenses to open three official test centers:

All the three Test Centers mentioned above are administered with International Standards. Upon passing the test, the candidates are awarded certificates issued by the relevant centers.
Finally, H.E. Ly Chheng expressed his profound thanks to Her Majesty Ambassador Andrew Mace, British Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia for taking his precious time to preside over the Awarding Ceremony. He also thanked BELTEI students’ parents and guardians who always put their trust in BELTEI International Institute. He told the students to work harder, do more researches and update information which is happening within the changing world. Through his years of experience, there were three types of learning – learning from school, learning from work and learning by yourself (self-study). Adding that you, students, had to do good deeds with morality and to become vital human resources in partly help develop the society under the wise and right leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, a greatest Khmer hero, who physically and mentally always sacrificed himself for the national motives and brought the country to peace and development.
Her Majesty Ambassador Andrew Mace, British Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia, praised BELTEI International Institute for its improvement and international standard. These stemmed from the hard working of the management, teachers and students, especially, the good cooperation between BELTEI International Institute and the colleges in the United Kingdom (UK), which led to open the first international test centers – Password and ICDL in Cambodia.
He said that the education sector in the United Kingdom grew so rapidly that it could be considered as a tool for developing human resources, economy and society. Obviously, some European leaders also spent their studies there. He stressed that English was the most popular language used for business communication. Through such hard work, BELTEI students who got good scores would be able to apply for the British visa for their studies in colleges in the United Kingdom.
Finally, HMA Andrew Mace honored to present the Password Certificates to 32 students and ICDL Certificates to 15 students and the ceremony came to an end with cheerful and brilliant atmosphere.
