Education Attended the Field Trip to Toul Sleng Genocide Museum
4,219 BELTEI grade 7 and 11 students of general education attended the field trip to Toul Sleng genocide museum. From 24th to June 27th, 2019 BELTEI International School organized a field trip for grade 7 and grade 11 of 4,219 students from 20 campuses to Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. The aim is to empathize with the students of the next generation of young Cambodians who love the nation of peace and solidarity in every circumstance, especially familiar with the bitter history of the Cambodian people in the Pol Pot regime that is a dark era of killing people, starving, brutally tortured and destroying religious infrastructure devastated across the country, that's why the nation is almost completely erased and killed for millions of people. The Field Trip Program is a part of the 3rd addendum among the eight extra curriculum courses of BELTEI International School as follows: 1. Know-how Improvement 2. Mental Improvement Program 3. Field Trip 4. TV Program 5. Writing Contest Program 6. Mathematics Competition 7. BELTEI’s Got Talent 8. Sports After completing the field trip, students have to write a Writing Report on what they see, interesting and study. In which, the General education Students are writing in Khmer and ESL students are writing in English. |
