H. E. LY Chheng met with 7
Phnom Penh Capital City-Level Outstanding Students
| On the afternoon of March 13, 2015, BELTEI International School organized a meeting to have a talk with the 7 Phnom Penh Capital City-Level Outstanding students from grade 9 at BELTEI International University under the chairmanship of H.E. LY Chheng, Director General of BELTEI Group and President of BELTEI International University. Mr. BUTH Dimang, Academic Manager, reported that there are presently 30.451 students including General Education and ESL (Full-time and Part-time) enrolled at BELTEI International School, of which, 9 outstanding students from grade 9 were sent to take the Phnom Penh Capital City-Level Outstanding student exams. As a result, 7 students passed the exams in the subjects as follows: I. Physics 1. LY Sengchhay got the 1st place. 2. Kim Gechpor got the 2nd place. 3. Seang Kongmonyrathanakoudom got the 6th place. II. Khmer Literature 1. Keo Piseth got the 2nd place. 2. Hy Socheath got the 3rd place. III. Mathematics 1. Em Sereyputh got the 3rd place. 2. Dann Hangsing got the 5th place. The candidates who successfully passed have been rewarded with the following: 1. The 1st place outstanding student receives $700 in cash. 2. The 2nd place outstanding student receives $600 in cash. 3. The 3rd place outstanding student receives $500 in cash. 4. The 4th and 5th place outstanding students receive $300 in cash. On that occasion, H.E. LY Chheng admired the successful students who made great efforts to pass from BELTEI Campus-Level to the Phnom Penh Capital City-Level. H.E. remarked “In order to strengthen the quality of General Education, the students from grade 9 through grade 12 were required to take their semester exams at BELTEI International University and BELTEI 9 (Stung Meanchey Campus)”. H.E. also conveyed his message to the 7 students as an incentive to study even more, both at school and home, in order to pass the Country Level Outstanding Student Examination. Parents of students addressed to be further motivating their children to study diligently. The parents thanked BELTEI Management Team for educating their children and achieving excellent results. Finally, H.E. LY Chheng awarded the rewards to the 7 Phnom Penh Capital City Level outstanding students. |
