HE HUN Many, Honorable Guest Speaker, Disseminates on
a Topic of "The Role of Youth in Society"
In the morning, on November 23, 2013, the Conference Hall at BELTEI International University Campus 1 Building Number 21, Street 360, 100 meters South of Toul Sleng Genocide Museum held a dissemination on the topic of " The Role of Youth in the Society " which was disseminated by HE HUN Many President of Union of Youth Federation of Cambodia with the participation of 1,039 BELTEI students in Grade12 from 12 campuses. According to the report from Mr. RETH Chanthorn General Education Manager of BELTEI International Institute stated that BELTEI Group has a total of 1,372 employees, and provides 3 main services I. BELTEI Construction II. BELTEI Tour and III.BELTEI Education which is divided into 1- BELTEI International University 2-BELTEI international Relations and 3-BELTEI International Institute. BELTEI International Institute has 14 campuses located in Phnom Penh, 13 campuses are processing and a campus (Takhmao campus) is constructing. There are 27,132 students studying recently at BELTEI International Institutes. Moreover, the students who study at BELTEI have opportunity to learn Extra-curricular Courses on key topics such as Grade 10 students learn about "Food Safety and Traffic Law", Grade 11 students learn about "Drug Awareness and AIDS", Grade 12 students Learn about the "Anti-corruption Law and Role of Youth in the Society". Beside studying in the classroom, our students have opportunities to do their Field Trip at key tourist and history areas such as Grade 4 , 5 and English Level 4-5 go to the Royal Palace, Grade 6 and Level 6 go to the National Museum, Grade 7 and Level 7 go to Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, Grade 8 and Level 8 go to Cherng Ek Genocidal Center, Grade 9 and Level 9 go to the National Museum and the Tamao Mountain, Grade 10 and Level 10 go to the Royal Palace and Udong Mountain, Grade 11 and Level 11 go to Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and Santuk Mountain, Grade 12 and Level 12 go to Cherng Ek Genocidal Center and Sambor Prei Kuk Temple . On that occasion, HE LY Chheng, Director-General of BELTEI Group and President of BELTEI International University, profoundly thanked to HE HUN Many President of Union of Youth Federation of Cambodia who spent his valuable time to be as the honorable speaker in this program. HE appreciated all students who participated in this program for taking note and carefully listening to the guest speaker. The knowledge gaining from this program will be tested through monthly exam on Civics. Also, students can use this knowledge to make themselves as good children, good friends, good students and good citizens in order to be the main human resource for the future of the country. Then, HE HUN Many, President of Union of Youth Federation of Cambodia and the honorable guest speaker, appreciated BELTEI International Institute for preparing such Extra-curricular Courses, as well as to help promote Education Sector and push human resource development. HE also disseminated on topic of "The Role of Youth in the Society" by explaining in detail about the roles and responsibilities of young people in society. HE stated that the roles of youth distinguished from one to another regarding to the societies which they were living. Therefore, youth should have to understand of the evolution of our society; particularly, in period of the last few decades that our society came across. HE said that in the current Cambodian society, Youth played very important role for the upcoming future of Cambodia. Thus, youth had to pay much attention on learning new skills in order to work properly with high quality. Moreover, in free time, youth should take the opportunity to participate in social activities, humanitarian and sports activities for the sake of their health as well as the family and the society as a whole. HE also confirmed that Youth must look to the future more carefully to be ready to adapt to the ASEAN Integration in a short time coming. HE also highlighted that to become qualified youth was to try to learn in the class, practice the real work and do self-study; especially youth had to run for the opportunity and shouldn't wait for the opportunity. Failures were experiences, so youth needed to confront the obstacles and stand up. HE also added that being successful youth meant that we could have the opportunity to help ourselves, our family and our society. This success was so meaningful which represented our good deed to our parents. At that program, HE also provided opportunities to students to raise their questions related to the topic and HE answered in detail under extremely pleasant atmosphere.
