Students of ESL Program Level 6 Batch 27 and 28

In the morning of 2 November 2013, BELTEI International University Campus 1 ( Tuol Sleng ) , Building No. 21 , Street 360 , Boeung Keng kong 3 , Chamkarmon , Phnom Penh (100 meters South of  Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum) held the Certificate Awarding Ceremony for ESL Program Level 6 to 845 students , presided over by His Excellency LY Chheng Director-General of BELTEI Group, President of BELTEI International University and Lok Chumteav.

According to the report , Mr.PHO Sothearak Administrative Manager of BELTEI Group stated that BELTEI Group employs a total of 1,372 staff and provides three main services. I- BELTEI Construction, II- BELTEI Tour and III-BELTEI Education whick is divided into 3 parts :
1-BELTEI International Institute has 14 campuses, 13 campuses in Phnom Penh are operating and another campus ( Takmao Campus) is constructing. There are about 26,625 students currently studying.
2-BELTEI International University Campus 1 ( Tuol Sleng ) has 15 floors equipped with modern facilities. There are 1,067 students studying over 5 main programs such as Bridging Course (to enhance more knowlege for students who are insuficient ability in English by studying from 6 months to 1 year and students are allowed to enroll in this course from the age of 15 years old regardless level of study), Foundation Year Course, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree and Doctoral Degree focusing on 6 main faculties including Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Education, Arts and Humanities, Faculty of Law and Economics, Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Faculty of Information Technology and Science.
3-BELTEI International Relations offers overseas study services.
Moreover , our oustanding students are encouraged to work at BELTEI and also discounts 50 % of tuition fee for all the students who become BELTEI staff .
On that occasion, His Excellency LY Chheng had his admirable speech to students who have been studying hard, obeying internal regulation of the institute  with good morality by never causing any consequences to families and society till they have been awarding the certificate these days. His Excellency also said that the achievements of BELTEI Group from year to year are due to the supports from students, parents, and guardians especially the wise leadership by the Royal Government of Cambodia which has Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen as  the Prime Minister, who continuously issues Rectangular Strategy making the whole country full of peace and political stability with the development. His Excellency also encouraged all successful students to try to continue to study Khmer General Education and English to increase their knowledge in order to challenge national and international labor market , as well as  to complete Level 12 that will lead to study at BELTEI International University. His Excellency president of the ceremony also felt satisfied and awarded the certificates to 845 successful students.
