Certificate Awarding Ceremony to Students of English
International Program and ESL Level 12, Batch 25 to 28
| In the morning of 17 October 2013, BELTEI International University Campus 1 ( Tuol Sleng ) , Building No. 21 , Street 360 , Boeung Keng 3 , Chamkarmon , Phnom Penh (100 meters South of Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum) held the certificate ceremony for international students in English (TOEFL) and General English Level 12 to 619 students , presided over by His Excellency SEAN Borat Secretary of State, Ministry of Education , Youth and Sports. His Excellency LY Chheng Director-General of BELTEI Group stated that BELTEI Group employs a total of 1,372 employees and provides three main services. I.BELTEI Construction: buy and sell Real Estate and construct building II.BELTEI Tour: Domestic, Inbound and Outbound Tour III.BELTEI Education is divided into 3 parts : -BELTEI International Institute has 13 campuses and there are about 26,627 students currently studying. -BELTEI International University Campus 1 ( Tuol Sleng ) has 15 floors equipped with modern facilities and it is the high qualified university in both national and international standards; it is the most prestigious University in Cambodia recognized around the world. There are 1,000 students studying over 6 faculties including Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Education, Arts and Humanities, Faculty of Law And Economics, Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Faculty of Information Technology And Science. There are 5 main programs offered at the University such as 1- Bridging Course 2- Foundation Program 3- Bachelor Degree 4- Master Degree 5- Doctoral Degree -BELTEI International Relations offers overseas study services. On that occasion, His Excellency SEAN Borat spoke in a friendly way and sent kind regards from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen and Samdech Kittiprittbandit to management teams, teachers, staffs, and all students from BELTEI Group. His Excellency mentioned that to develop the whole country is to determine the priority that is the dynamic foundation of human resource. The Royal Government which has Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen as the wise leader has issued the Rectangular Strategy which focuses on reconstruction, creation, and development especially on improving Education Sector which is the essential sector in order to transform Cambodia to be the developed country which is full of human resource for the present and the future. His Excellency SEAN Borat also profoundly admired to BELTEI Group which has carefully fulfilled its duties and has internal unity till it can officially open university which is equipped with modern facilities with height of 15 floors. His Excellency president of the ceremony also felt satisfied and awarded the certificates to 619 successful students.
