On 3rd December2011 at the conference Hall of BELTEI International Institute, Campus 9 (Stung Meanchey), an Annual Assembly focusing on Work plan Review and Action Plans for 2011-2012 was held and presided over by His Excellency Ly Chheng, the Director-General of BELTEI Group and accompanied by Luk Chum Teav, the management team members, teachers and staffs in a total number of 996 people.

According to a Work Plan Review report made by Mr. Pho Sothearak, chief of the Administrative Office, BELTEI International Institute was established on the 1st of January 2002; today there are 11 campuses in the city with 20,487 students—(9,971 females) who are currently studying and 996 management team members, teachers and staffs - (438 females) who are currently employed and it offers 5 main programs:
1-General Education program (grades 1-12): This program is taught in accordance with the curriculums of the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports with 9,498 students—(4,528 females who are currently studying.
-There were 648 grade-12 students taking high school exam (2010-2011); 4 students were absent= 644; 638 of these students passed the exam and 06 students failed. That translates to a 99.06% successful rate.
-The total number of graduated students in grade 12 for 6-years (2005-2011) is 2,066 students — (882 female students.)

2-ESL program (Preschool-Level 12): This program follows the American System. For the graduates of Level 12 (high-advanced level), they will be awarded two types of certificates which is issued by BELTEI Head Office and ETS (Educational Testing Service, located in USA with 10,031 students—(4,967 females) who are currently studying.
-37 Students of Level 12, Batch 20, took their final exam. 5 of these students took the International Test (TOEFL).
-There were 1,450 students—(807 females) from all 20 Batches taking the Final Exam

3-Faculty of Foreign Languages: BA, BEd & MEd in English literature with 720 students- (289 females) who are currently studying.
-There were 169 students—84 females from all 3 Batches taking the State Exam.(BA= 126 students, AA= 43 students)

4-Computer Training Course: There are 12 different programs, which are taught in accordance with the demand of the current market with 238 students—187 females who are currently studying.
-There were 4,609 students—(1,986 females) who have taken the Final Exam.

5-International Preparation Courses: (TOEFL iBT, Testing of English as a Foreign Language) Total number of students who have completed is 44 students—(16 females).

6-International Affairs Office: It is established in order to provide services to students with:
1. Overseas Study Services
2. Student Exchange Programs from 6 months to 1 year or 2 years
3. Field Studies from 1 month to 3 months
4. Institutional Development
The total number of students who have gone to pursue their studies at the oversea Universities through the Affair Office is 3 —( 1 Bachelor student and 2 Master students.)
Then, Mr. Norn Horn, Campus Director of B 10 made a presentation on “Teaching Methodology and Classroom Management for Khmer General Education” from grade 1 to grade 12 to all the teachers so that they could teach their students with high quality and good morality.
Next, Mr. ROS Paradise, Campus Director of B6 made a presentation on “Teaching Methodology and Classroom Management for ESL Classes” to all the teachers so that they could teach their students in reading, writing, listening and speaking fluently and effectively.
His Excellency Director- General thanked to the management team members, teachers and Staffs for their hard work, good internal unity and for being committed to complying the five mottoes: “Quality, Efficiency, Excellence, Morality, and Virtue” which have helped the institute in continuous development and progress. BELTEI International Institute has created the BELTEI Group in accordance with a certificate from the Ministry of Commerce, No 1812 ពណ.ណតក dated on May 17, 2007, which provides for 3 potential services:1. (BELTEI Construction): purchasing, selling of real estate, and building projects. We are currently building BELTEI International University, Campus 1 (Tul Sleng). 2.(BELTEI Education): divided into 3 parts – BELTEI International Institute, BELTEI International University and BELTEI International Relations 3.(BELTEI Tour): expecting to begin its operations in January 2012 which provides for 4 potential services: Domestic Tour Programs for Cambodians, Domestic Tour Programs for Expatriate, Inbound Tour Programs, and Outbound Tour Programs.
Last but not least, the Director-General stated that the institute’s accomplishments achieved through the years is only possible because of the great leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN,the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Luk Chum Teav Kattiprithbendit Bun Rany Hun Sen, who manage to keep the political situation safe, stabilized and peaceful. Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN is also a great leader with wisdom and who has set up the Rectangular strategies in order to develop all fields rapidly.
