At the conference hall of BELTEI International Institute (Campus 9, Stung Mean Chey) on August 05, 2011 organized school reopening day of a new academic year ceremony 2011-2012 for Khmer General Education and a new term for English as a Second Language ,batch 20th and as well as a graduation ceremony to the International English Students (Password) and English as a Second Language, Level 6-12 with the invaluable presence of His Excellency Sean Borat, Personal advisor to Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Secretary of state of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and Deputy President of Anti-corruption Unit, and participated by more than 1000 attendees, who are management teams, teachers, students of BELTEI International Institute and guardians. His Excellency Ly Chheng reported that BELTEI International Institute was founded on January 01, 2002; currently there are 11 campuses in Phnom Penh City, and there are management teams, staffs, and teachers working there; there are totally 915 staffs ( 327 females), and there are also 17,553 students (9,526 females), who are studying. Base on the continuous development, and persistent commitment to complying with our motto “Quality, Efficiency, Excellence, Morality, Virtue,” the Institute has created BELTEI Group in accordance with a certificate from the Ministry of Commerce, No 1812ពណ.នតក dated on May 17, 2007, which provides for 3 potential services such as 1- BELTEI Construction, 2- BELTEI Tour, and 3- BELTEI Education. Whereas BELTEI Education is divided into 3 main parts – BELTEI International Institute, BELTEI International University, and BELTEI International Relations.

A – BELTEI International Institute
All buildings are built with 7 floors, and there are 5 main teaching programs such as 1- Khmer General Education (Grade 1-12), 2- English as a Second Language (ESL) from Pre-school to Level 12, 3- Faculty of Foreign Languages, 4- Computer Training Courses,
5- International Test Preparation Courses, TOEFL, Password and ICDL.

B –BELTEI International University
This building is being built with 12 floors, and there are 6 main faculties such as 1- Faculty of Business Administration, 2-Faculty of Education, Arts, and Humanity, 3- Faculty of Laws and Social Science, 4- Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, 5- Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, 6- Faculty of Information Technology and Science.

C –BELTEI International Relations
BELTEI International Relations is in BELTEI International Institute, Campus 10 (AngTeuk Olympic). It is established for 4 main services such as 1- Overseas Study Service,
2- Student Exchange Programs, 3- Field Study, 4- Institutional Development.

The outcome in academic year 2010-2011:
1-Khmer General Education
Grade 9 students took their junior high-school exam; there are totally 749 students passed 739, failed 05, and absent 05. It means that it equals 99.33%.
-The grade 9 female student, whose name Kong Ratanak Thida, passed her exam as the outstanding student for the 1st place at Khmer literature for the Country Level, and she was awarded 1000 $ with 100 % scholarship for both Khmer general education and ESL for the whole batch. Whereas the grade 9 Khmer teacher, who has the talent in teaching, was also awarded 1000$.
-The grade 12 male student, whose name Huot Seng Kea, passed his exam as the outstanding student for the 9th place at Khmer literature for the Phnom Penh City Level, and he was awarded 300$. Whereas the grade 12 Khmer teacher, who has the talent in teaching, was also awarded 300$.
-Grade-12 students took their senior high-school exam; there are totally 648 students, and the result will be announced on August 19, 2011.
-Total grade-12 students, who have taken the state exams for 6 years starting from the academic year 2005-2006 to 2010-2011, are 2,069 ¬¬ (875 females).

2-English as a Second Language (ESL)
-Level-12 students had exit exams in batch 18th and19th; there were 179 students including 69 students who were allowed to have the international test (Password).
-Total level12 students had exit exams for all 19 batches; there were 1,413 (790 females) including 178 students (89 females) who passed the international test (Password).

3-Faculty of Foreign Languages
-Total students who had state exams for all 3 batches were 169 (84 females) including 126 Bachelor Degree students and 43 Associate Degree students.

4- Computer Training Courses
-Total computer students completed courses; there were 4,303 (2817 females).

5- International Test Preparation Courses
-Total candidates who had a completed international test (TOEFL); there were 56 (15 females) including 15 candidates for ICDL international test.

6-Number of students transferred from BELTEI to study abroad
-Total students transferred to study abroad; there were 167 (83 females).

7- Providing job opportunities to students to work for BELTEI Group
-Total students who were recruited to work for BELTEI Group, there were 191students (110 females).
At that great honor time, His Excellency Sean Borat had a talk in a friendly way and sent nostalgia from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and Lork Chum Teav to management teams, teachers, staffs, and students of the institute.
