"Congratulations the 9th Public Speaking Contest Program, Final Round for BELTEI International University Undergraduate Students"

On Thursday, August 31, 2023 at BELTEI International University, Campus2-Chaom Chao Flyover, BELTEI International University conducted the 9th Public Speaking Contest Program, Final Round for BELTEI International University Undergraduate Students in both National and International Progam from 12 faculties presided over by H.E. Ly Navuth, Deputy Director-General of BELTEI Group and the President of BELTEI International University, with the participation of more than 800 management, staff, lecturers and students of BELTEI International University .

Public Speaking Contest Program is designed to connect theories and practice as well as to strengthen the capacity of students in the field of knowledge expressing opinions and critical thinking from all angles, especially to enhance the ability to speak Khmer publicly for National Program and English for International Program in accordance with the motto of BELTEI " Quality, Efficiency, Excellence, Morality, Virtue ." The competition is catergorized into 4 levels:

1 - Class Level Competition

2 - Faculty Level Competition

3 - Campus Level Competition

4 - BELTEI IU Level Competition

- Morning Program

-Public Speaking Contest of National Program. There are 6 candidates for year 1 catergory, 6 candidates for year 2 catergory and 5 candidates for year 4 catergory. The total amount is 17 candidates.

-Afternoon Program

-Public Speaking Contest of International Program. There are 6 candidates for year 1 catergory, 5 candidates for year 2 catergory and 4 candidates for year 4 catergory. The total amount is 15 candidates.

Award/Prize of BELTEI University Level

- The winners of the final round competition of BELTEI IU Level , 1st to 3rd Place from year1-4 of National and International Program are awarded as follows:

​+ For 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th year

-1st place, get 1 gold medal, 1 appreciation letter, $ 300 bonus, 100% scholarship and trip

-2nd place, get 1 silver medal, 1 appreciation letter, $ 200 bonus, 70% scholarship and trip

-3rd place, get 1 bronze medal, 1 appreciation letter, 100 $ bonus, 50% scholarship and trip

- Class Level Competition winners who did not win the final round competition of BELTEI IU Level will also receive appreciation letter and encouragement to participate in the trips.

- Lecturer who is in charge with the awarded student will obtain appreciation letter and a bonus of 50% of the student’s award budget.

-For the VP-UC in charge of University Campus, the awarded students must also receive an appreciation letter represents individual campus.
