•Major Overview

Hospitality Management plays a vital role in supporting every service of any institutes, which makes this major very important for running institutes successfully that is the factor leading to the increase of hospitality resources in job markets in the Kingdom of Cambodia in the present. The studies focus on services and event operating techniques and managements, hotel operation, accommodation management, food and beverage management, restaurant operation, resort operation, and visitors' behavior and needs.


The curriculum is carefully and thoroughly designed in accordance with the international standards meeting the local, regional, and international job market demands by focusing on professional skills in hospitality management through the studies of core subjects  including Foundations of Hospitality, Visitors' Services, Accommodation Management, Food and Beverage Management, and other services as well as Hotel and Restaurant Operation Management and Technology Management in Tourism Sector . All subjects are conducted in English using newly published course books.

•Learning Outcomes

Upon the completion of the major, graduates will  have enough ability in managing hospitality with  high profession and confidence in organizing, managing, and leading huge events and building good relations with customers. Moreover, graduates will understand how to develop hospitality service provision, managing the accommodation and food operation, and managing the hotel and restaurant operation effectively.
