•Major Overview

Economic Development is a beneficial and important major in economic and financial development of the nation reflecting the ASEAN and world economic changes.  This major focuses on the studies of the factors that affect on economy in the context of increasing production through new technology, economic growth, entrepreneurship development, increasing employment rate, infrastructure development, import and export, and increasing population's living standards.

•Curriculum

The curriculum is carefully and thoroughly designed in accordance with the international standards reflecting the local, regional, and international job market demands by focusing on professional skills in economic development through the studies of core subjects including  Mathematics for Economics and Business, Foundations of Economic, International Trading, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Business Ethic, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership. All subjects are conducted in English using newly published course books.

Upon the completion of the major, graduates will become  entrepreneurs with high ability, wise economic analysts, and skillful business managers; furthermore, they will be qualified enough for self-development, family and national development as well.
