•Major Overview

English and Business Communication is a popular major amongst many students nowadays since this major covers two skills, English skills and Business Communication skills, which makes students build strong capacity especially English and business communication. The studies focus on advanced English such as speaking, reading, writing, and listening; moreover, the studies also put emphasis on the arts of communication in business and commerce such as business letters in English, the art of public speaking, foundations of management, marketing, and accounting as well as strategies in  publicity in order to expand the business relations and advertisement in terms of institutional development.

•Curriculum

The curriculum is carefully and thoroughly designed in accordance with the international standards reflecting the local, regional, and international job market demands by focusing on professional skills in English and Business Communication through the studies of core subjects including  Advanced Grammar, Writing Skill, Public Multimedia System, Literature, Foundations of Management, Foundations of Accounting, and Foundations of Marketing. All subjects are conducted in English using newly published course books.

•Learning Outcomes

Upon the completion of the major, graduates will be specialized in using English including ways in doing jobs and communication in compliance with administrative principles at national and international levels. With the specific skills in English and ability in job implementation, graduates are be able to accomplish their important duties such as business communication, international relations, organizing and managing the public events using theories and experiences that they have obtained during the studies. Furthermore, graduates will under-stand how to be successful in job implementation through the art of speaking, using protocol, and making decision.
