A-VISION
BELTEI International Relations has become a leading office in Cambodia in providing services of sending students to pursue their education in various prominent universities overseas and it is recognized locally and internationally.

B-MISSION
1. Bridging Cambodian students to the world which is full of high technology in accordance with the globe’s tendency and circumstance nowadays.
2. Seeking leading universities with high standard of education, impressive campuses, adequate facilities, explicit academic curriculum, reasonable fee, comfortable accommodations with high security to sign MOUs with.
3. Bringing all relevant information regarding with all these universities to release for students’ parents or guardians and students who aim at sending their children to continue the studies there.
4. Sending BELTEI’s outstanding and grade A students who receive Oknha LY Chheng’s scholarship to proceed with their higher education in respected overseas universities around the globe who have MOUs with BELTEI International University such as the United Kingdom, the United State, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, China, Korea, Thailand and, etc.
5. Sending general Cambodian students such as students of grade 10,11, 12; grade 12 students who passed or failed in their high school exams; freshmen; sophomores and juniors who aim at continuing or transferring their educations to overseas universities as their parents or guardians are able to pay for full tuition fees, residential fees, and other expenses of living there.
6. Preparing application forms and visa applications for all students who enroll for overseas studies.
7. Creating Student Exchange Programs and Student Internship Programs in order to send BELTEI’s students to study for a semester or a year, or serve their internship programs in various esteemed universities abroad which have signed MOUs with BELTEI International University.

C-Goals
With the vision and specifically well-prepared mission providing in consultation and sending students to pursue their education overseas, we extremely believe that the students will receive highly qualified education with language proficiency, high technology and standardized adroitness. After graduations, Cambodian students will obtain certificates which are recognized locally and internationally and they can effectively challenge the world market of both domestically and globally. Also, they will become good citizens and good leaders with high morality, virtue and qualified penetration to develop themselves as well the whole nation rapidly.
