On 02, August, 2012, BELTEI International Institute celebrated school reopening day of a new academic year 2012-2013 for Khmer General Education and new term for ESL batch 25 as well as graduation ceremony to the international English students (TOEFL & IELTS) Level 12 and Level 6 with total number of students of 1,033 (541 females) with the invaluable presence of His Excellency Sean Borat, Personal advisor to Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Secretary of state of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
His Excellency Ly Chheng reported that there are management teams, staffs, teachers working there with total number of 1,071 staffs (361 females) and in the academic year 2011-2012, the total students are 21,352 (9,726 females). Recently, BELTEI International Institute has been expanding its campuses until 13; meanwhile, 11 campuses are in the process and other 2 campuses are under constructing. Based on the continuous development, BELTEI International Institute has built BELTEI International University campus 1 (Tuol Sleng Campus) which is located in building Nº21, St.360, about 100 meters on the west of Fire Station; that building has 12 stories with 96 classrooms and a basement for parking, which is planned to start on 01, October, 2012 with six faculties such as 1- Faculty of Business Administration, 2- Faculty of Education, Arts, and Humanity, 3- Faculty of Law and Social Science, 4- Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, 5- Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, 6- Faculty of Information Technology and Science. The result of education by 01, August, 2012:
1-Khmer General Education: this year, grade-9 students who took their junior high school exam, there were 694 students passed 686, failed 04, and absent 04. It means that it equals to 99%. For grade 12, there are 833 students going to take their senior high school exam on 06, August, 2012. Student named Thou Renech studied in grade 12 is an outstanding student who got 3rd place for city level and got 9th place in country level at Khmer subject; then, she was awarded $500 from institute for her achievement as well as her Khmer subject teacher in grade 12 was awarded $500 for his hard work teaching the students to get such a kind of achievement. This year BELTEI transferred management teams and grade-11 students about 103 candidates to join the International Camp in South Korea for 20 days. The total number of students in grade 12 who took national exam during 7-year period (2005-2012) were 2,899 students (1,283 females).
2-English as a Second Language: level-12 students who took the exit exams for batch 23rd and 24th are 280. The total number of students who took the exit exams for 24 batches were 1902 (1056 females).
3-Faculty of Foreign Languages: The graduations for 4 batches were 278 students (128 females).
4-Computer Training Courses: total computer students who completed courses were 4,973 students (2,146 females)
5-International Test Preparation Courses (TOEFL, IELTS & Password): total candidates who completed international tests were 263 (123 females).
6-Number of students who transferred to study abroad: there were 207 students (101 females).
7-BELTEI Group offers job opportunities to students by 01, August, 2012; there were 321 (179 females).

At that great honor time, His Excellency Sean Borat had a talk in a friendly way and sent nostalgia from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and Lork Chum Teav to management teams, teachers, staffs, and students of the institute. His Excellency added that developing country to be progressive and glorious is necessary to set the priority goal on building a strong foundation of human resource factor. In this case, the Royal Government led by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, the wisest Cambodian leader with wisdom, who set the rectangular strategies turning towards the construction and development including improving the educational field are the major priorities to change Cambodia to be the developing and progressing country with multi-human resources in the present and the future. His Excellency Sean Borat admired His Excellency Director General of BELTEI Group, management teams, staffs, lecturers and teachers of BELTEI International Institute who have been paying attention to fulfill individual duty and good internal agreement until making the institute continuously improved by ensuring the continuity of the training and standing on the main quality guideline in accordance with the highest wisdom point of view of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Finally, H.E. President of the honor delegation delivered the international certificates to 12 students, and he delivered the certificates to 280 students (level 12) and to 741 students (level 6).
