On January 24, 2011 at 8:00 a.m, at the conference hall of BELTEI International Institute, Campus 9 (Stung Meanchey) celebrated the Awarding Ceremony of Level 6, Level 12 and International English Certificate (Password) to batches 16 and 17, with 722 students in total, 346 females, which is presided over by Her Majesty’s Ambassador, Andrew Mace-The United Kingdom’s Ambassador to Cambodia and His Excellency, Sean Borath, Personal Adviser to Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Secretary of State of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
His Excellency Ly Chheng, adviser to the Council of Ministers and Director-General of BELTEI Group reported as follows:

BELTEI International Institute is a private educational institute, was founded on January 01, 2002 and the Institute has expanded to ten campuses, which are owned by BELTEI with management teams, staffs and teachers totaling 871— 309 females. There are 17,103 students —9,217 females who are currently studying at BELTEI International Institute. With the constant progress and commitment to complying with  BELTEI’s motto “Quality, Efficiency, Excellence, Morality, Virtue,” BELTEI International Institute has created the BELTEI Group in accordance with a certificate from the Ministry of Commerce, No 1812 dated on May 17, 2007, that provides for 3 potential services as follows:

1-BELTEI Construction: purchasing, selling of real estate, and building projects. We are currently building BELTEI Campus 11 and BELTEI International University as well.
2-BELTEI Tour: expecting to begin its operations in a short period of time.
3-BELTEI Education: dividing into 2 parts – BELTEI International Institute and BELTEI International University:

A–BELTEI International Institute:All buildings are built with 7 floors including basements for parking and there are 5 main programs:
1-General Education (Grade 1-12). 2- (ESL, English as a Second Language, Level 1-12). 3- Faculty of Foreign Languages. 4- Computer Training Courses 5- (International Preparation Courses, TOEFL, Password and ICDL)
B –BELTEI International University:This building is going to be built with 12 floors including a basement for parking. It is expected to process its operation in 2012 with 6 main faculties:
1-Faculty of Business Administration
2-Faculty of Educational Science and Languages
3-Faculty of Laws and Economic Science
4-Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality
5-Faculty of Engineering and Architecture
6-Faculty of Information Technology

BELTEI GROUP has created an International Affairs office in order to communicate and select good universities in foreign countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and other countries in the world in order to join in MOUs or official contracts, so the Institute will get any information of those good universities to inform to all students’ parents as well as guardians who wish to send their children to pursue overseas learning so that they can decide clearly before sending their children to study in the particular universities that they prefer.  
BELTEI’s International Affairs Office is located in BELTEI International Institute, Campus 10, Ang Teuk Olympic, which provides services to students with:
1.Overseas Study Services
2.Student Exchange Programs from 6 months to 1 year or 2 years
3.Field Studies from 1 month to  3 months
4.Institutional Development

Next, Her Majesty’s Ambassador, Andrew Mace-The United Kingdom’s Ambassador to Cambodia, remarked that BELTEI International Institute is a private educational institute, which is rapidly growing and is the most popular institute in Cambodia with a high quality of education in accordance with international standards because all students have sufficient ability in English and, as of today, have also passed the International Password Test from the UK. His Excellency also admired BELTEI International Institute which has close collaboration with other universities including educational institutions in the UK, and BELTEI is authorized to open the first Password test center in Cambodia. Password helps the processing of students’ applications for visas to further study in the United Kingdom.  
Then, His Excellency, Sean Borath, Personal Adviser to Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, stated that the development of the country can be prosperously achieved depending on the demand of the limitation of the main priority on the fundamental development of human resource factors. Through this, the Royal Government, led by the prudent, most intelligent, brilliantly wise and bold leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, set up rectangular strategies for the restoration and development in which the enhancement of the educational field is the first priority to change Cambodia to a developed country full of high intellectual human resources for the present and future.
On this wonderful occasion, His Excellency Sean Borath admired His Excellency Director-General, management teams, staff, teachers and lecturers of BELTEI International Institute for completing their duties with the best internal unity. For these reasons, the Institute has had constant progress with sustainable training, based on quality principles set forth by the visionary and brilliantly wise leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Last but not least, Her Majesty’s Ambassador, Andrew Mace, awarded the International English Certificate (Password) to 42 students and His Excellency, Sean Borath awarded Level 6 certificate to 346 students and Level 12 to 175 students.
