The Education Malaysia Carnival was organized at the conference hall of BELTEI International Institute, Campus 9 (Stung Meanchey) for two days, on December 04-05, 2010, which was presided over by His Excellency Datuk Pengiran Hj Mohd Hussein Bin Datuk PG Hj Mohn Tahir Nasruddin, the Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Cambodia, representatives of 15 other universities from Malaysia and all BELTEI management teams.
His Excellency Ly Chheng, Director-General of BELTEI Group and Director of BELTEI International Institute stated that BELTEI International Institute is collaborating with other countries such as UK, USA, and Malaysia. We have also established an International Affairs Office, located at BELTEI International Institute, Campus 10 (Ang Teuk Olym Pic) which provides the following services:

3-Field Studies
4-Institutional Development
According to the cooperation between BELTEI International Institute and Malaysia Education Promotion Center, the institute organized this Education Malaysia Carnival with the aim of providing opportunities to students who wish to pursue studies abroad and they could receive information about studying in higher education in Malaysia directly with representative of 15 universities from Malaysia. These participating universities include:

Students who attended the Education Malaysia Carnival received benefits such as free charge of testing to measure their English proficiency (London English Academy,) and win other prizes.
Next, Mr. Helmy Sulaiman, Director of Education Malaysia Promotion Center, said that “There are 86,777 international students who have been studying Bachelor, Master and PhD Degrees in the institute of higher education and other universities in Malaysia, in which more than 1.000 Cambodian students are studying.” So, this proves that studying in Malaysia complies with international Educational standards.
On that occasion, His Excellency Datuk Pengiran Hj Mohd Hussein Bin Datuk PG Hj Mohn Tahir Nasruddin, the Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Cambodia expressed that BELTEI International Institute is a private institute which is developed and the most well-known in Cambodia in the educational field. He has also admired BELTEI International Institute which has a good communication with the other countries in the world, especially Malaysia. The institute organized this Education Malaysia Carnival for the students who wish to pursue studies abroad and His Excellency strongly believed that through this Education Malaysia Carnival, more students will apply to study in Malaysia because now, BELTEI International Institute is opening an International Affairs Office which provides conveniences to parents or guardians of students who wish to pursue studies in other universities in oversea.
Finally, the delegation went to see the Education Malaysia Carnival of representative of 15 universities from Malaysia.
