Received Health Care Card from NSSF

In the morning of March 18, 2018 BELTEI Group has organized a program of “a presentation of membership card (NSSF) and the presentation on providing health care packages ceremony” presided over by H.E. LY Chheng, Director-General of BELTEI Group and the President of BELTEI International University and H. E. Meng Hong Deputy-Director of National Social Security Fund and the Advisor of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
According to a report by Mr. Khat Soeun, the Manager of the Adminstration office of BELTEI Group said, with more care from H. E. Director General of BELTEI Group and Louk Chumteav to management team, stuff, and students, BELTEI Group has been registered as an enterprise in NSSF on June 29, 2009 and pays 100% of 518 staff to NSSF every month in order to get medical care, preventive and daily disbursement or accident and maternity leave. 5321 students from grade 9, 10, 11 and 12 were also purchased by the school for the purchase of personal accident insurance from FORTE Insurance.
Mr. Sok Bora, Head of the National Fund for Social Security Fund's Inspectorate Office presented about the Procedures for the use of NSSF membership cards and health care packages such as medical care and, emergency services, health services, types of chronic diseases, maternity and daily allowances.
In that occasion, H. E. Meng Hong Deputy-Director of National Social Security Fund and the Advisor of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training said, according to the recommendation of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia ordered the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training to focus on providing liquidity to the workers both inside and outside the system to deliver timely, Minister Ith Sam Heng introduced to the leaders of the National Social Security Fund at all levels to set up a working group and to set up mechanisms regular monitoring and reporting to him.
His Excellency stated that Samdech Techo Hun Sen, the Prime Minister of Cambodia, has issued a new policy of the Royal Government of Cambodia to provide 400,000 Riels to a female childbirth worker; the twins born get 800,000 Riels and for the three twins born 1,200,000 Riel, which will be implemented from January 1, 2018. The government is set to spend about $10 million a year on the cost of child labor.
H. E. added since the peaceful development of the country under the leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of Kingdom of Cambodia, the National Social Security Fund can operate well. He continued that if the country is in war, then the NSSF could not happen.
In the that occasion, H. E. LY Chheng, Director-General of BELTEI Group expressed his appreciation to H. E. Meng Hong, who took the opportunity to participate in the ceremony. H. E. LY Chheng siad, BELTEI’s Slogan said “Stuff’s health is the Wealth of the firm” but “Students’ health is the Wealth of the Nation.” Previously, management team of BELTEI Group have paid close attention to their health, safety and wellbeing, providing scholarships for children to study abroad and in the hierarchy to provide clothing and other benefits. And today, BELTEI Group has also provided additional healthcare cards to staff and teachers to encourage them to work hard without worrying about the cost of medical treatment.
In the end, H. E. delegated the membership card of NSSF to 518 BELTEI staff at the time.
